★ Personality
This little owl, all in all, is just a big goofball. She's overly friendly, and accepting, but sometimes too trusting of others. It's extremely rare that she judges one by appearance,  rather than actually getting to know them first. She especially loves meeting other owls since she is one, and learning about their history and how they got along before school is probably one of her favorite things to do. In fact, learning about anybirdie is exciting. She uses the knowledge that she recieves as a form of advice. If it can be associated in any way with school work, she'll try it out. Learning is a lot of fun for her, since she'll be able to use that knowledge later on in life when it really matters. Her need to learn so much can make her gullible to a certain extent, though. If a lie is at least a little bit believable, she'll likely take it as the truth. Lying to her, probably isn't the best idea though. Not if you're a friend of hers anyway. December is vengeful and may feel betrayed if a good friend of hers lies and she finds out about it. Though there's really not much she'll do other than give them the silent treatment -- and not reacting to the silent treatment will only offend her more. By that point she probably won't want to be your friend anymore and sort of just cut you out of her school life and pretend you don't exist. It's sort of like a permanent silent treatment ahah.
If you didn't notice before, the girl's a little... Uh, boy crazy. Bringing up boys in a conversation with her isn't recommended at all. ANd if she happens to do it, just change the subject quickly into the subject. Of course she'll keep poking back at it but eventually she'll get the idea. If that fails then be prepared to have your head talked off about each and every boy she's seen around the campus. This goes more for females though.
Males on the other hand, don't be surprised if you catch her staring, or even blushing sometimes. She's really just a big fat turd and wants to get to know you. If you catch my drift ; D //shot
The girl may not look fit, but she actually is very athletic, and loves to move around. Having to sit in seats for hours on end really just bores the crap out of her, and by the end of those few hours she might get squirly and start to move around to keep herself occupied. It's like she has adhd or something, but really she just likes to improve her abilities. She is very athleticly inclined, but she's also somewhat clumsy so falling over, or just failing at anything new isn't alarming. She's persistant and keeps going until she does it correctly, and even then still feels like she should improve her abilities. She usually needs someone to tell her it's time to take a break or quit.
So, again. Over all, she's really just a goofball.

★ Biography
((Bases things off of irl owl families ;v; ))
December grew up in parts of northeastern Canada, but not one place specifically. Her nest tended to move around a lot, due to bad luck with food sources. In fact, she was sort of the runt. Their family's luck just sort of ran out by the time her parents decided to have children. She and a sister were sort of the runts, with three other boys in their nest. They always played by the rules of first come first served, or fight for your meal or go hungry. And of course, she and her sister were terrible at following the rules, so rarely would they actually be able to eat. Things stayed that way for quite a while, and they actually kept the same nest for a long time, but it was when they finally had to move again that things started going down hill for her little sister.
Her father, the hunter, had found a good hunting place but it was a few miles away and flying miles with an empty stomach wasn't the greatest idea. Though, he didn't realize that the way he was flying was across a small stream. But it's not like the five baby owls would have an easy time actually crossing it. Once the family of 7 reached the bank of the stream, they stayed for a few weeks. It was the middle of July, and the mosquitoes were a real pain in the ass, but her younger sister still wasn't doing so hot and every one of them began to become concered about her. December was always cuddled up next to her anyway, to try and keep her warm since the boys were still wobbling around and doing their own thing. So December would keep her company.
A few weeks went by and her sister got tons of special attention. It seemed like everyone new she was done for but still did everything they could to make her feel like they at least cared. There really wasn't anything else they could do, considering the fact that she didn't even have the strength to eat anymore. I'll keep this short and sweet though. Eventually, of course, she died and the only thing that mom could really do was feed her body to the rest of them. Food was still low, and mosquitoes were still present, so there really wasn't much else they could do. After the four had enough energy, they crossed the stream. It took December quite a few tries, since fear kept getting the best of her. It was sort of like, after she couldn't touch the ground, she turned around and went back. Naturally, she was the last to actually manage crossing -- with the help of a few ducks. Watching them swim around gave her confidence.
After those events their luck began to turn, and food was much more present, but summer was close to over and she still had yet to learn how to fly. It was difficult, and she really had to rush her learning, considering more predators were moving back in. But again with the short and sweet(and lazy), she learned quickly enough and decided to move here, where she could practice studying rather than hunting.
