Shina prefers to keep a professional outward face though when alone with those she trusts, she can have quite the attitude - not that this attitude doesn't show while keeping up her cool and collected act, but it shows in a rather sophisticated way. Shina isn't the type to enjoy being at home all the time, nor being kept in one place so often times she can be found outside of the castle doing something or another for the general good of Nyx - although on the occasion, she can be found wandering Cel or Moirai if her most recent errand calls for it. Some would call this young lady two faced, while others, responsible.

BACKGROUND: 

Shina was born into a peasant family and sold to the Royal Family of Nyx at the age of 2 years. She was placed in a training program that would eventually lead to her becoming the future emperor of Nyx, Pekard Xerxes's, royal guard.  An intense regimen was set for her, and though it wasn't determined yet what her job would be, many held high standards for Shina and she was meant to meet them. 
Though she was trained in close combat and a wide variety of long and close ranged weapons, Shina decided to take up the scythe at the age of 12. It was around the same time that she was informed that she was to become Pekard's personal retainer when she turned 16 although he wouldn't be inheriting the throne yet.
